Itchy Eyes / Eye Allergies Home Remedies


Every person has a problem of burning sensation in his or her life. Even having problems with burning sensation inside and around the eyes is quite common. This can cause a lot of painful and uncomfortable person.

The main symptoms of burning in the eyes are the following – experience like burning in the eyes, coming of water, swelling in the eyelids, eyes being red, getting mud from the eyes, and increasing sensitivity to light or light.

The main reasons for irritation in the eyes are : Allergic reaction in the eyes or some type of infusions
Other reasons for this are dryness in the eyes, use of contact lenses, not keeping eyes properly, use of expiry cosmetics and dust or soil in the eyes.
The possibility of irritation in the eyes is more likely to be those people who touch their eyes or they often make them. Also, this problem increases even more when there is excessive pollution in the atmosphere or in the allergic seasons.

It is important to treat this problem immediately, because if you leave it like this, the probability of eyes getting damaged and many other problems can also happen.

You can adopt a few simple home remedies to get instant relief from eye irritation. Most of these treatments are available at home.

1. Cold Compresses
Keeping cold compress or cold strip on the eyes can get rid of irritation immediately.

Keeping cool bars on the irritation of eyes due to allergies is the most effective home remedies. Also, it also removes eyes and dryness of the eyes

You can do the treatment given below 3 or 4 times a day

Soak a clean cloth in ice water and squeeze a bit and keep it on your eyes. After 5 minutes remove it and then soak it in cold water and use it.

2. Chamomile Tea
Chamomile T has powerful anti-allergic properties, so it is widely used to cure eye irritation. This prevents the discharge of chemical substance called histamine (Histamine), which helps prevent allergic reaction in the eyes.

In addition, chamomile also removes the exhaustion of eyes and makes them feel fresh.

Dip a chamomile tea bag for 5 minutes in a cup of warm water. Now take out the bag and let the water cool down. Now clear your eyes with this water. Do this 2 or 3 times a day.
Or, put the Chamomile Tea bags used in the refrigerator. Now keep these cold tea bags on your closed eyes for 10 minutes. To recover quickly, do this treatment 3 or 4 times a day.

3. Cucumber
Cucumber has irritation and anti-oxidant properties which improve eye-inflammation and irritation. Also, its cooling cooling nature helps in correcting dark circles (dark circles) under the eyes and swelling.
Wash one cucumber and cut it into small slices.
Now keep them cool for refrigeration for 15-20 minutes.
Now lie down and keep two slices on both your eyes. Keep them in the same for at least 10 minutes.
Do this treatment 4 to 5 times a day.

4. Cold Milk
The use of cold milk to treat eye irritation is quite popular therapeutic treatment. Cold milk reduces the experience of irritation in the eyes. Also, there is fat in it which gives tired tired eyes rest.

Every morning and evening, soak a clean cotton piece on cold eyes and soak it on the eyes.

5. Rose Water
Purifying rose water is the most effective home remedy to cure eye irritation. It provides coolness and comfort to the eyes and helps to reduce irritation.
Even it works like Natural Relaxer for tired eyes. In addition, it helps to reduce the dark circles and swelling of the eyes.

Clean at least two of your eyes with pure rose water daily.
To get relief immediately from eye irritation, use rose water as an O-Drops. Put two or three drops of rose water twice a day.
Or, keep two cotton balls soaked in a rose and keep them on for 15-20 minutes. Do this 2-3 times a day.

6. Green Tea
Green tea is quite beneficial for our Overall Health. It also helps to reduce eye irritation. There are anti-inflammatory properties which provide comfort to the eyes.

Also, Green T also fights viral and bacterial infections, which can cause irritation in the eyes.

Heat a cup of water. Now put 2 green tea bags in it for 5 minutes. Then remove the tea bags and let the water cool down. Now clear your eyes twice a day with water.
Alternatively, you can also keep the bags of cold and wet green tea straight on the eyes.

7. Saline Solution
If your eyes are burning due to dust, pollen or any other allergens, it can be cured by washing it with salt water.
Salt is an antibacterial agent that helps eliminate bacteria.

Heat a glass of water.
Now let it cool down and then mix one spoon of salt and mix well.
Now clean your eyes with this water thoroughly. Or, soak the eyes by soaking the ball of cotton cotton wool.
Do this 2-3 times a day.
Note – Keep in mind that the water does not get too hot, otherwise your eyes may be damaged. Use different cotton balls for both eyes.

8. Aloe Vera
Aloe vera contains soothing and moisturizing properties, so it is considered to be beneficial for dry, painful and burning eyes.

Due to the medical properties in Aloe Vera, it is also beneficial in correcting the dark circles and swelling of the eyes.

Cut the aloe vera leaf and take out the gel. Now apply this gel to the skin around your eyes, especially on the eyelids and after 15-20 minutes wash it. Do this remedy twice a day.
Alternately, soak two cotton balls in the aloe vera juice and keep them on your eyes and wash them after 15 minutes. Take this treatment for two days in the evening.

9. Witch Hazel
Witch Hazel also helps in relieving eyesight. It has anti-inflammatory properties and astringent properties that help reduce eye irritation and swelling. Whistle hazel juice is readily available at any medical store.

10. Castor Oil
Castor oil is also called randy oil or castor oil. Castor oil is a good moisturizing agent and anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties present in it help in correcting the eyes. Also, you rarely find that castor oil nourishes the eyelids and helps them grow taller.
Before you sleep at night, insert one-drop cold-pressed castor oil into your eyes. If your eyes are dry then you can use castor oil everyday, it will make your eyes moist.
If the blepharitis is a disease in which the eyelids are swollen, then keep the cotton pieces soaked in castor oil and put them on the eyelids. This will improve eye infections and swelling of eyelids will be reduced. Do this treatment everyday for a few days.

Note – Keep in mind that castor oil should be organic and should not contain hexane. If your eyes are burning with castor oil and are getting red, do not use it.


Additional tips :

Your eyes do not matter, this can make your condition worse.
Do not wear contact lenses for a long time.
Do not use Expiry One Drop.
Do not use the other person’s contact lenses.
Avoid things you are allergic to.
To increase the health of your eyes, add carrot and spinach juice to your diet. Plus, you can also get supplements of Vitamin A and beta-carotene. Consult your doctor to find out the right dosage.
When wearing sunlight, wear sun glasses.
Whenever your eyes feel dry, remove tears through onions. After this, you will again get moisture in your eyes.
Keep your eyes resting in the middle while working for a long time.
