 Home remedies for thin hair thickening

Hair fall is a common problem nowadays. Our hair is like a precious asset, which takes four moments on our beauty. That’s why almost every person wants to stay away from the problem of baldness and thin hair.

Some of the main reasons for hair dilution are: excessive physical and emotional stress, hormonal imbalance, lack of nutrients in the body, pollution, allergy, use of inappropriate hair products, non-maintenance of hair properly and heredity.

If your hair is thin, you do not need to use any expensive treatments or products to thicken them. There are many natural home remedies which help a lot in thickening the hair.

Here are some most effective home remedies for thickening the hair –

1. Eggs :-
To keep hair strong and thick, it is necessary to provide regular essential proteins. Eggs are the most beneficial for treating hair proteins.

If your hair is small then take an egg and if you are older then take two eggs. Breaking these eggs, make paste. Now put this paste on wet hair and leave it for 30 minutes. Then wash the hair with warm hot water and apply shampoo. You can do this protein treatment once or twice a week.
Or, add one and a half spoonful of amla oil and three spoons of water in a spoon egg yolk. Massage your hair with this mixture. Do this treatment once a week.

2. Olive Oil :-
Olive oil will also thicken by filling in your hair. Plus, it also makes the hair soft and strong.

Massage your hair roots with a hot olive and then leave it for 30-45 minutes. After this, clean the hair with a shampoo. You can let this oil stay in your hair all night and wash with shampoo.
Alternatively, add a little honey in olive oil and apply it on the hair. Leave it for 30 minutes and then wash the hair.
Do one of these treatments once or twice a week.

3. Avocado :-
Avocado is also quite helpful for thickening the hair. It provides moisture to the hair and helps to deepen its roots. Also, there is vitamin E which improves the overall health of the hair.

> Make an avocado and a banana paste paste and add one and a half spoon olive oil from the top and mix it properly. Apply this paste to the roots on your hair and leave it for 30 minutes. By doing so hair roots will absorb nutrients properly. Then clean the hair and shampoo.

> Alternatively, you can not even have hair masks mixed in half mashed ripe avocado with three spoonful of wheat seed oil. First wash your hair with shampoo and then leave this hair mask for 20 minutes. Then clean it and wash hair again with shampoo.
None of these should do one treatment once a week.

4. Fenugreek seeds :-
Using fenugreek, you can prevent hair loss and promote your growth.

> Dip the seeds of four teaspoons of fenugreek in water for overnight. Grind these seeds in the morning and make a fine paste. Now add two teaspoons of coconut milk and apply it on your hair and scalp well. After 30 minutes wash your hair with warm water. Doing this treatment regularly every week will not make a dandruff in the head and the hair will be thicker.

Alternatively, you apply rotten fenugreek seeds on the hair straight overnight. This will increase hair growth and remove the Russian. Do this treatment twice a week.

5. Cranberry (Karounda) :-
Cranberry has anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antibacterial and exfoliating properties that help keep the head healthy and promote hair growth.

> Heat one spoonful of coconut oil in three spoons of coconut oil and heat it until it starts boiling. Then filter it and put it on your hair and scalp before sleeping at night. Wash the hair with shampoo the next morning. Do this measure every week.

Or, add half a cup of curry powder in a quarter cup of hot water and leave it for 10 minutes. Then apply this paste on your hair and wash after 15-20 minutes. Do not apply shampoo immediately after doing this treatment, but apply it after two to three hours.

6. Castor Oil :-
To get naturally thick thick hair, massaging the head with cold castor oil is one of the easiest ways. Castor oil has high viscosity, which prevents it from forming a layer around the hair. In addition, it contains high amounts of Vitamin E and fatty acids, which promote hair growth.

Heat the castor oil and coconut oil in equal amounts. Castor oil can be used only, but it is thicker, which can cause problems.
Massage it in circular motion by putting it on your head and hair.
Now comb your hair so that the oil spreads to the same amount of hair and the broken hair is solved.
Now cover your hair with a towel over hot water.
Shampoo hair after about an hour.
Make this treatment every week to make your hair shiny and dense.

7. Aloe Vera :-
Aloe vera has moisturizing properties, so it is also very popular for making hair thick. Also, it also helps to normalize the pH value of the head.

Remove the prison from one or two aloe vera leaves and rub it in your hair. Then keep it for 30 minutes and then wash it with hot water. Regularly do this treatment once or twice a week.

Alternatively, mix two teaspoons of coconut oil in the juice of fresh aloe vera and massage the head. After half an hour, rubbing your hair with shampoo and rubbing it.
Even after drinking two teaspoons of aloe vera juice in the empty stomach daily, hair growth is good and overall health is also good.

8. Hina (Mahandi) leaves :-
Hair is natural too thick by applying hina. Hina leaves provide natural color to the hair and prevents them from making them thick and strong. That’s why you have often seen many people putting havoc in the hair.

Pour a handful of water in Hina’s leaves and grind it. Now keep it in one place for two hours and then apply it on your hair. Then cover your hair with a towel or a cloth cap. After few hours, wash your hair well and apply shampoo.

Alternately, add water to Hina’s powder and make a thick paste like curd. To give good conditioning to the hair, you can use green tea instead of plain water. Leave it for the night. In the morning the next morning, add a raw egg paste and two teaspoon lemon juice. Then put this mixture well in your hair. When it is completely dried, wash it well and shampoo it.

Note – Keep wearing gloves in your hands while using Hina (Mahandi) and use the brush to apply the paste to the hair.

9. Flaxseed :-
Omega-3 fatty acids and proteins are found only in abundance in linseed, hence it helps to make the hair naturally thicker.

Dip one-fourth cup linseed in water and keep it in the water. Next morning, put this linseed in two cups of water and boil it. Keep stirring a spoon in the linseed while boiling. When it gets buried like a prison, take it off. Now let it cool down. When it cools down, apply it like a hair gel in your hair. Linseed gel is very beneficial for curly hair.

Even after consuming linseed, hair becomes dense and shiny. You can also consume linseed oil.

10. Healthy Diet :-
It is also important to take a healthy diet to keep hair healthy and thick. A diet rich in proteins, vitamins and minerals is called a healthy diet. Primarily protein and B vitamins are more beneficial in making hair thick and thick.

Therefore, add milk, curd, legumes, whole grains, green vegetables, fruits, eggs, chicken and fish to your diet.

Regular adoption of the above treatments will make your hair dense and long. Although home remedies do not thicken the hair completely, this procedure is gradual, so you need to be patient with these treatments regularly.
