Baldness  or Alopecia  is a hair loss where some part of hair removes from the head. Generally there are common types of baldness include male-pattern hair loss & female-pattern hair loss, . Reason of baldness may include genetics and male hormones (for male-pattern hair loss), stress, medications (e.g., chemotherapy) or malnutrition. It can also be caused by inflammations such as fungal infection etc.

Home Remedy for Baldness :-

1.  Onion juice :- Onion juice is very helpful in treating hair loss due to its high sulfur content, which helps improve blood circulation to the hair follicles, regenerate hair follicles and reduce inflammation.

Use a juicer or blender to extract juice out of fresh onions. Apply to your head and leave it on for 20 minutes before washing it off with a mild shampoo and warm water. Be careful to keep it off from your eyes and nose.

2. Henna & Musturd Oil :- Henna is also a good conditioner which can make your hair strong and nourish it from roots for a silky and shiny hair, whereas mustard oil encourages blood circulation in the scalp.

Boil one cup mustard oil with four tablespoon henna (mehendi) leaves. Filter it and keep it in a bottle. Massage on bald patches regularly.

3.Aloe Vera :-  Aloe vera contains proteolytic enzymes that rejuvenate hair follicles. Aloe is believed to be a good conditioner that gives shine and luster to your hair leaving it smooth and soft. Chemically, aloe vera resembles keratin (hair protein) and it nourishes the hair improving its tensile strength.

Apply aloe vera gel or sap from the plant on scalp. Wear a shower cap and let it be on your scalp for 3-4 hrs and then rinse it off with plenty of water and mild shampoo. Do it twice a week.

4.Massage hair with oil :- Massage with hair oil which  stimulates hair growth by increasing blood circulation.Using the pads of your fingers, apply the oil little by little to different parts of your scalp, parting your hair as needed. Then, using the pads of your fingers, work the oil into your scalp, using circular motions. Slow, deliberate movements are relaxing while steady but vigorous movement helps enhance energy and circulation.
