1. Take a slow and deep breath :

2. Rock Salt :
Rock salt is a very effective remedy for stress. Due to depression the magnesium level in our body becomes much less and increases adrenaline. Rock salt contains plenty of magnesium, which enhances the mood elevating serotonin chemical in the brain. It reduces depression and relaxes the body. Put 1 cup rock salt in a tub of hot water.

4. Ashwagandha :

You can also get rid of stress by consuming one cup of green tea. Green tea has an amino acid called L-Theanine which increases the production of alpha brain waves. As a result, stress is reduced, the body relaxes and mental alertness increases.

Put 2 teaspoons of leaves of green tea in 1 cup warm water.

Now add lemon juice and honey according to the taste. Your green tea is ready.
You can reduce your stress by taking this tea 2 to 3 cups a day.
7. Exercise :
Exercise causes stress hormone levels in the body and feels good. So whenever you are in stress, exercise some exercise like jogging, dancing, swimming or playing an outdoor game.
