How to Improve Eyesight Naturally :-

Eyes are one of the most important parts of our body. We have to face a lot of problems when there is a slight decrease in the eyesight.
The decrease of eyesight is also associated with myopia (visible distant appearance) and hyperopia (visible visibility). This problem occurs due to certain factors such as genetics, lack of nutrition, aging, and excessive stress on the eyes.

The most common symptoms of diminished eyesight are blurry vision, frequent headache and watery eyes.

First, check with your doctor to find out the main reason for this. Occasionally this problem can also be caused by some serious issues such as cataracts, weakening or damage to the eyes muscles or being obsessed with optic neuropathy etc.
In general, doctors can only treat low light eyes. But still you can improve eyesight  naturally  by adopting some domestic remedies.

Below are some most effective home remedies for eye-catching –

1. Eye Exercise
Eye muscles are flexible by exercising, blood increases in them and the vision is fine. Regularizing it reduces the strain of eyes and concentration also increases.

 

Exercise – 1 

Make a pencil in front of vertically straight eyes in hand. The pencil should be between the eyes in front of the name exactly. Keep your focus on the pencil’s tip.
Now slowly bring this pencil closer to your eyes and then take away.
Make it 10 times daily.

Exercise – 2     

Turn your eyes’ eyes in the clockwise direction. Do this for a few seconds.
Now rotate them in anti-clockwise direction.
Repeat it 4 to 5 times.
Blink your eyes in the middle of every round.

Exercise – 3     

Blink your eyelids frequently without stopping at 20 to 30 times.
Now close your eyes and rest them.
Do this 2 times a day.

Exercise – 4   
Concentrate on something that is kept two to three meters away from you. In the beginning, do this for 5 minutes and gradually increase the time.
Do not blink your eyes at all while meditating.
Do this exercise for a few months every day.

2. Sunning and Palming
Sunning and palming are also beneficial for eyesight because they make lenses of eyes and ciliary muscles flexible and strong.

The sun has natural healing power which we can absorb through sunning. Palming brings relaxation in our body and activates our senses.
Sunning – In the morning when the sun is in the east direction, then close the eyes in front of it. During this, keep deep breathing and keep your focus on the sun’s light coming across the eyelids. Then do palming for a few minutes everyday.
Palming – Rubbish the palms of your hands together and then keep them sluggish on both of your closed eyes. Feeling the heat made by money to rub the handrails in your eyes. Keep in mind that your eyes should be completely covered with your palms and there should not be any light inside them. You make it right after sunning everyday. You can do this in the middle of the day during work.

3. Acupressure / Acupuncture

Massage every acupressure point shown in the picture with a light hand for 10 minutes. Start with the # 1 point and slowly reach the point # 7, rotating round. You can do it three to four times a day.
Note – Pregnant women consult with a trained therapist before doing this. If there is any scar, stain, infection or burning area around the eyes, do not massage it there.

Regulates blood circulation around the eyes. It also protects the vision of eyes, as well as protects against diseases like glaucoma and macular degeneration. Recent research has proven that it is also beneficial for patients of retinopathy.

Make 120-mg standardized ginkgo biloba capsules twice daily.

6. Almond
Omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin E and antioxidants are found in almonds which are useful for increasing eyesight. It also helps in enhancing memory and concentration.

Put 5 to 10 almonds in the water and keep them in the night.
Separate their peels in the morning and grind them.
Now drink it in milk and drink it.
Eat it daily to keep your eyes healthy.

7. Fennel
In fennel, such nutrients and antioxidants are found which slow the progression of cataracts. Ancient Romans used to treat fennel as a boon for the eyes.

Grind the fennel, almond and sugar candy together in equal quantity.
Drink a spoonful of hot milk in it before sleeping at night and drink it.
Route it for 40 consecutive days.

Additional Things to Look for :-

Do not watch the screen of your TV or computer much closer. Simultaneously keep the screen’s brightness low so that it does not have any worse effect on your eyes. You can also wear anti-glare screens in them.

Do not read in dim or slow light because it increases strain in eye muscles.

Give your eyes a little rest during every 20 minutes during work.

Use sunglasses during sunlight.

Always use good quality eye cosmetics.

Get good sleep because the lack of sleep increases the strain on the eyes.

By consuming papaya every day, the eyesight becomes sharper.

Make a marmalade of savav and drink a glass of milk from above, doing so everyday will keep your eyes healthy.

Regularly eat fruits and green vegetables.

Carrot is found to be highly vitamin A. Therefore, make its pudding, vegetable or salad, and eat it regularly. You can eat it raw too.

Pulse candy and ghee in the powder of black pepper mixed together also increases the eyesight.

Massage oil in the soles of your feet before bathing, also gives a lot of benefit to the eyes.

In the morning, walk barefoot in the dusty grass. This will make your weak eyes healthy.

Sprinkle cold water on your eyes in the morning.
