Mouth Smell Solution
Bad breath is a very embarrassing experience and it can also bring down your self-confidence.
The reason for smell of mouth is the development of bacteria that develop odor in the middle of the tongue and between teeth. Bacteria can be caused due to consumption of fragrant foods, smoking, dryness of the mouth, gum disease, not eating properly after eating etc. Some medical conditions such as sinus may also cause this problem.
Therefore it is very important to keep mouth clean to avoid smells of mouth. Brush on the teeth regularly and keep the tongue clean.
To keep the breath free, it is also important to drink water every day as needed. Also, after eating, rinse your mouth with water thoroughly. This will leave the particles of food stranded in between the teeth.
Apart from this, some home remedies can also be used to treat mouth stenosis. The following are some most effective treatments given below –
Fennel works like a good mouth freshener, so it is beneficial to remove the stench of the mouth. It also contains anti-microbial properties that fight bacteria of the mouth. It also increases the production of saliva in the mouth, which removes dry mouth dryness.
Chew a teaspoon fennel to immediately refresh your mouth.
You can also consume fennel tea. To make tea, add two teaspoons of fennel in a cup of water and boil for 5 to 10 minutes.
Cinnamon has a pineapple called Cinnamic aldehyde, which reduces the stigma of the mouth and helps to eliminate the mouth bacteria.
To keep mouth fresh, follow the treatment given below twice a day.
Boil a spoonful of cinnamon powder in a cup of water and boil it.
You can also put some sharp leaves and cardamom in it.
Now filter this mixture and let it cool.
After cooling, clean it and clean it with your mouth.
3. Fenugreek tea
Fenugreek teas are very beneficial when infections in the mucous membrane (mucus membrane).
Boil one teaspoon of fenugreek seeds in one cup of water.
Now filter it and eat it.
Eat it daily until the infection is cured.

5. Parsley (green plant of celery)

Chew parsley leaves or twigs and eat them. You can soak it in vinegar (vinegar) and eat it too.
Alternatively, grind the leaves of parsley and make the juice and take it in the evening. This will also improve your digestion.
6. Lime juice

Add one spoon of lemon juice and stir in a cup of water.

7. apple vinegar (apple cider vinegar)

Drink a teaspoon apple vinegar in a glass of water and drink it before eating it everyday. It will also keep your digestion well.
Alternatively, mix apples of vinegar in a cup of water and make garlands.
8. Baking soda
Baking soda is also beneficial in removing mouth odor. It reduces odor in the mouth and reduces acids and fights with bacteria.
Mix one and a half spoon baking soda in a glass of water. Now let’s clean mouth and rinse it. Do this once every single day.
Due to baking soda, the mouth acidity is less and the bacteria do not grow on the tongue.
9. Tea Tree Oil (Tea Plant Oil)
Tea Tree Oil contains antiseptic properties which prevent any type of infection in the mouth. You can use the tree in the following ways:
Use toothpaste with T-oil oil.
Or, brush your teeth with a little tree in your regular toothpaste.
Rinse tea tree oil, mint juice and lemon juice with one glass of water.
10. Herbal Tea
Green tea and black tea contain polyphenols antioxidants which inhibit the growth of bacteria that cause odor in the mouth.
Regularly eat green tea or black tea.
