Almond is a very popular food because it is very tasty and versatile in nature. Most people regard almond as nuts, but technically this is seed.Almonds are found in two types of varieties – sweet and bitter. Sweet almonds are used as food and bitter almonds are made from oil. Both of these varieties are easily available in the market.
Almond is delicious in flavor and is also beneficial for health.Soak the almonds on the night and eat it in the morning.
