Home Remedies for Chest Pain
Chest pain is a common problem which often forces people to go to the emergency department. In medical language it is called angina pectoris or just angina.
This occurs when the blood flow to the heart decreases. During this time, the person experiences tightness, squeezing, heaviness, burning and pressure in the chest.
The main symptoms of angina or chest pain are the following – pain in the upper part of the abdomen, chest, back, neck or jaw, chills, fatigue, breathlessness, sweating, and dizziness. In women, this symptom can be painless without chest or discomfort in their chest.

Often chest pain can occur during exercise, and after resting, it cures itself. During exercise, body parts require more oxygen which provides blood, but when angina occurs, the blood flow to the heart decreases, so that the full supply of oxygen is not met and there is pain in the chest. Also, it is also cured by taking some prescription medicines (medicines written by the doctor) such as nitroglycerin.
